What is special about broccoli? It is very rich in vitamin C , which we lack during the winter and which plays a very important role in our immunity. The proposed recipe allows you to consume this raw green vegetable and thus to benefit to the maximum of its benefits, because cooking destroys vitamin C.

Peppers are also rich in vitamin C and also provide other antioxidants. “Color is very important in fruits and vegetables and therefore the idea is to combine several different colors to have a maximum of antioxidants” , adds Véronique Liesse.

The recipe for broccoli tabbouleh with peppers to boost immunity

To make this broccoli tabbouleh with peppers, you need:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 new onions
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp. to s. olive oil
  • Pepper

Then all you have to do is grate the broccoli, then finely chop the bell pepper, tomato, onions, mint and parsley. Add the lemon juice, olive oil and pepper, before mixing everything together. Then it’s time for tasting!
